In 1991, Traci and Michelle met and became roommates at Bentley University where they studied accounting. They discovered a shared South Shore childhood with Traci growing up in Abington and Michelle growing up in Rockland. Nearly thirty years later, and after working together at one of the region’s leading accounting and business advisory firms together for 14 years, they were proud to come together as business partners in 2020.  

Traci Pozerski, CPA, MST

Traci L Pozerski, CPA has over 25 years experience in public and private accounting.  She graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and continued her education at Northeastern University, receiving a Masters of Science degree in Taxation.  Traci spent a total of 19 years working at leading regional certified public accounting firms.  She served as a Financial Auditor conducting audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements in various industries prior to transitioning to the Tax Department where she prepared and reviewed tax returns for small corporations, partnerships, and individual clients, as well as preparing tax projections, responding to IRS and state taxing authority notices and assisting clients in whatever way needed. 

Traci is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  

Traci resides in Abington with her family.

Michelle Hatch, CPA

Michelle Hatch, CPA has over 25 years experience in public accounting.  She graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Michelle spent a total of 24 years working at leading international and regional certified public accounting firms, where she specialized in audits and review services for privately held companies, non profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Michelle is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Michelle is also currently the Treasurer for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, on the Charitable Fund Board of Trustees for NVNA and Hospice, the Treasurer for Self Help, Inc., on the Finance Committee for South Shore Conservatory of Music and the Treasurer for BSA Troop 57 in Rockland.

Michelle resides in Rockland with her family and when not working enjoys watching her boys in their many activities.

In 2022, Christopher Ernest joined Traci and Michelle.  Chris worked with Traci and Michelle at various regional firms for over a decade and admired the business model they had established at PozerskiHatch.

Christopher Ernest, CPA, MSM

Christopher Ernest, CPA, MSM has nearly 20 years of experience in public and private accounting.  He graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and continued his education at Bridgewater State University, receiving a Master of Science in management.  Chris has spent over 15 years working at leading regional certified public accounting firms and several years working in various private industry roles as a Chief Financial Officer or C-level financial consultant.  Chris has provided assurance, tax and consulting services to privately held businesses, non-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Chris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Chris is currently the President of the Board of Directors for South Shore Stars, the Treasurer of Hanson Little League and a member of the Board of Directors of Doc Wayne Youth Services.   Further, Chris is an adjunct professor in the accounting department at Stonehill College.

Chris resides in Hanson with his family and when not working will likely be found on an athletic field coaching one of his sons’ sports teams.
